Lewis Hamilton recovers well from the back of the grid after engine penalties to finish in a respectable third, but it was all Roseberg from the start!

The Belgium Grand Prix got off to a chaotic start with 2 Ferraris and the favourite amongst the locals, Max Verstappen`s Red Bull damaged at the first corner. This helped Lewis Hamilton gallop up the leader board after starting at the back of the grid and finally finish 3rd, great effort! Lewis was not alone at the back of the Grid, McLaren`s Fernando Alonso also incurred penalties and joined him which must have made it the most talented back row in the history of formula 1.
Renault's Kevin Magnussen violently crashed out at 180mph after losing control as he went through the final section of the Eau Rouge, leaving him having to go to hospital for a check-up, but thankfully he was ok and will be ready to battle it out again in Monza. The impact on the barriers was so great that the Red Flags were out while the Marshals were given time to repair them. The restart gave everyone a chance to change tyres and could this help Lewis rise to an unlikely victory.
Once the race started again he quickly powered past Alonso in his McLaren-Honda and sometime later he was past Nico Hulkenberg in his Force India. Now it was Ricciardo in the Red Bull that was in his sights, but to no avail the Red Bull car was able to hold on to second place, a fantastic result for the Aussie.
Nico Rosberg ended up winning this exciting race which is his first in Belgium and 20th of his formula one career. That means Nico and Lewis have won 6 a piece this year, but Lewis leads by 9 points with 8 races to go! There was a great deal of booing for Nico when he stepped up for his winner`s podium speech, it does seem that he is not a popular man in Belgium.
Ferrari were on fire for all the wrong reasons, they are just not firing on all cylinders at this point of the season.
BRING ON MONZA!!!
